UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF) pledge

Jointly led by British Council, BUILA, UKCISA and UUKI a new UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF) has been put in place following extensive research with students, education providers, education advisers and agents.

The framework is designed to enhance the partnership between the UK education sector and agents and counsellors and to recognise and share best practice.

We, EduBridge Education Consulting (CV JEMBATAN PRATAMA), are committed to the principles of the AQF and the expected standards of the UK International Education sector as set out in the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents. This commitment to the AQF can be demonstrated through our agent provider contracts and our continued engagement with partner education providers to ensure they meet their UKVI Student License responsibilities and ensure the highest standards of student support are delivered.

We will ensure that all our counsellors serving UK-bound students complete the British Council’s UK agent and counsellor training and are individually certified for their knowledge and awareness of the UK as a study destination.

Through our commitment to the AQF, we will use the AQF Good Practice Guide for UK Education Agents Partnership for Quality to adopt sector-wide best practices and share the AQF Student Guide to Choosing and Education Agent with our students to promote transparency and knowledge.

As part of the AQF pledge, all of EduBridge Education Consulting counsellors have undergone Certification Agent from British Council to provide and deliver a quality student experience.
